single button right-click, no more excess user interaction required. Yes, this could be a
command run via another applications.
The program now uses sequel data base and any web interaction is easier and faster.
Oh Yeah! This is a big step forward.
An update on future releases that is not to far off, an OPC input will be incorporated. The
possibility of adding native BACNet is also being looked at as there have a few requests to
supply a version with this capability.
Cabak will shortly be stocking and supplying the TAC MicroNet products. This is an
exciting addition as TAC are able to offer a full range of products and support. In

7th January 2008 – “Cabak Billing Program”
CABAK now has 3 initial sites running the After Hours Usage Billing Program.
Initial instances of this program have been based on an Hours Usage, to generate a bill.
Currently under development is a modification to allow for either accumilator Kw/h, m3
or kJ depending on site hardware. Interface with most common control hardware or energy meters is possible,
provided an open data server is available.
The energy logging will have the ability to view and compare historical trending,
meaning this is no longer just an After Hours Usage Package, but rather a Total Energy Package.
This enables the client to compare this week's energy profile with last week's,
allowing for this data to be used in calculating the Australian Building Greenhouse Rating (ABGR)

store the required information.
10th November 2007 – “Web Based Site Manuals”
No longer will buildings be hampered because the site operation
and maintenance manuals have been taken, lost or put in a really
safe place to prevent them becoming lost or taken off site.
Users who subscribe to the web monitoring will be offered a service
where the existing manuals can be stored and retrieved electronically on the web.
Hard copies can be printed and useful information like when, where, why and
how much can be entered by the client to provide a useful reference data base
for the future. So often the change over of service companies means the loss of
critical data and time is spent by the new company getting to know the site, this
time of course cost the client.
