Web Monitoring


                 Cabak intends to host a website to enable clients to have
                 an off site hosted Graphics Package
                 
                 This will be made available for an initial set up cost
                 plus a monthly subscription fee.
                 
                 Primarily, the website will include an interface to the
                 Innotech Digital control range of products but will also
                 be able to integrate with others.
